ETIHAD - Photo Requirements
Having perfectly made photos will definitely increase your chances of being shortlisted and invited to an Assessment Day.
Your photos are one of the first contacts with recruiters, and the first impression is extremely important. A second chance is not available.
Etihad Airways have their own photo requirements.
Your photos are your business card, so they have to look professional. Follow the instructions on how to get the right photo.
For Open Day you will need:
1x passport size photo (business attire)
For online application you will need:
1x full-length photo (business attire – photo size 10 x 15 cm)
- 1x passport size photo (business attire – photo size 3.5 x 4.5 cm)
For the Assessment Day, you will need:
1x full length photo
4x passport size photos
Female Candidate
- Business attire with a closed fitted jacket, knee-length skirt, skin color stockings, and closed toe heels
- Hair neatly tied
- Full makeup
- Full-length photo (from the top of your head to your shoes)
- Stand up straight with arms straight down by your side and both legs together
- Face the camera straight on and ensure the photo is sharp and in focus
- Find good lighting to avoid shadows
- Plain (white) background for your formal photo
- And above all else please remember to smile
Male Candidate
- Business attire with closed jacket, shirt and tie
- Short hair neatly presented with minimal styling product
- Clean shaven
- Full-length photo (from the top of your head to your shoes)
- Stand up straight with arms straight down by your side and both legs together
- Face the camera straight on and ensure the photo is sharp and in focus
- Find good lighting to avoid shadows
- Plain background for your formal photo
- And above all else please remember to smile
