Qatar - Photo Requirements
Having perfectly made photos will definitely increase your chances of being shortlisted and invited to an Assessment Day.
Your photos are one of the first contacts with recruiters, and the first impression is extremely important. You will not have a second chance.
Qatar Airways has its own rules about how the photo should look like.
For Open Day you will need:
1x passport size photo (business attire) – photo size 4.5 x 3.5 cm
For online application you will need:
1x passport size photo (business attire) – photo size 4.5 x 3.5 cm
Once you pass the Assessment Day, you will be asked to upload photos according to Qatar Airways standards:
- 1 x full length photo (business attire) – photo size 10 x 15 cm
Light blue background
Photos must be sharp, in good resolution and only in JPEG format
Use only original photos – not scanned copies
Make sure the camera is at your level, not higher or lower (it would cause a distortion)
How to stand up in front of a camera:
- Full length (from head to toe)
Natural and open smile (showing teeth)
Do not raise your eyebrows during a smile
Stay straight, your hands loosely along your body, your legs together
Stand directly against the camera so that both ears can be seen (do not turn the body on any side)
Hold your head directly against the camera (do not lift or bend your chin)
FEMALE
- White blouse with short sleeves (without jacket)
- Skirt to your knees (hidden knees)
- Closed shoes
- No accessories (watches are allowed)
- Without glasses and colored contact lenses
MALE
- Suit with shirt and tie
- Clean shave
- Short haircut
- Without glasses and colored contact lenses
