HOW TO FILL UP CABIN CREW ONLINE APPLICATION 2024
Applying for a cabin crew position in 2024 requires careful attention to detail and a thorough understanding of the online application process. STEP 1 - ONLINE APPLICATION
To ensure you meet the basic criteria, you will be asked a series of screening questions and to provide your personal information.
If you’ve applied to become Cabin Crew with Etihad before and were unsuccessful, you might encounter issues reapplying. However, you can resolve this problem by deleting your existing account and starting a new application.
Preparing Your Application
To apply, you need to gather the following materials:

- Photos: one full-length and one passport-sized

STEP 3 - ASSESSMENT DAY
Once your application passes the initial computer screening and a recruiter determines that you meet the requirements to become Etihad Cabin Crew, you will be invited to attend an Assessment Day. You can find the current locations for these assessments on our Recruitment 2024 page.
This event allows recruiters to evaluate how candidates work in a team setting and gain a deeper understanding of their skills and personalities.
Typically, the Assessment Day includes the following activities:
- Registration and Document Verification: Bring all necessary paperwork for review.
- Introduction by Etihad Staff and Crew: Learn more about the airline and its values.
- Icebreaker Activity: Engage with other candidates in a fun and interactive session.
- Height and Reach Test: Ensure you meet the physical requirements.
- Tattoo Inspection: Note that tattoos cannot be covered with makeup or bandages; they must be concealed by the standard uniform.
- English Proficiency Tests: Assess your written, spoken, listening, and comprehension skills.
- Ability Evaluations: Demonstrate various competencies through practical tests.
- Group Discussions and Activities: Collaborate with other candidates in team exercises.
- Individual Interviews: Participate in one-on-one sessions with recruiters.
Throughout the day, there will be several rounds of eliminations, with only the top candidates advancing to the final stages.
STEP 4 - FINAL INTERVIEW
The final interview is your best opportunity to show why you’re the perfect fit for the job.
You’ll be asked questions to help recruiters understand your personality and skills. Expect questions about your past experiences, how you handle situations, and personal details about your life and work history.

STEP 5 - GOLDEN CALL AND FINAL STEPS
Once you receive your golden call or email confirming you were successful, the airline will conduct background and medical checks. These checks are stricter than those of some other airlines due to UAE work visa requirements.
The background checks will review your previous job history and criminal record.
If everything is approved, you’ll get information about your joining date, training courses, housing, and travel arrangements.
In the meantime, Etihad will send you workbooks to help you prepare for your training.
Bare in mind that there will be another thorough medical check at the airline’s medical facility once you join the airline.
