Great Pay and Flying Benefits

As a Grade II (Economy Class) cabin crew member, your pay package includes three main components: a basic salary, hourly pay for flights, and a meal allowance for overseas stops.

  • Basic Salary: AED 4,835 per month
  • Flying Pay: AED 66.30 per hour, with an average of 80-100 flight hours per month
  • Average Monthly Pay: AED 10,802 (approximately USD 2,940, EUR 2,755, or GBP 2,330)

The company adds meal allowances for night stops to your next month’s salary. Additionally, Emirates provides hotel stays and transport to and from the airport, ensuring your comfort while on duty.

Travel Benefits for Cabin Crew

Emirates offers special travel discounts for staff on its flights. Furthermore, you can enjoy travel perks on other airlines through inter-airline agreements, making it easier to explore the world.

Free Accommodation 

Emirates provides free, furnished housing with utilities (water and electricity). You will share a two- or three-bedroom apartment with two or three colleagues of the same gender. Each person gets their own bedroom, while the kitchen and living area are shared. In some three-bedroom apartments, two people might share a second bathroom.

After you complete your probation period, you can request to move to another apartment if space is available. To ensure security and respect different schedules, the company does not allow visitors past 01:00 unless they are Emirates crew. You can also have two family members visit and stay with you twice a year for up to 30 days each time.

Free Transport 

Emirates provides free transport to and from work and the training center. This arrangement ensures that you can commute comfortably and on time.

Paid Leave and Free Travel Ticket

You are entitled to 30 days of leave every year. Moreover, Emirates provides one free annual leave ticket to your home country. After three years, you can change this ticket to any Emirates destination.

Medical and Insurance Coverage 

Emirates covers all cabin crew members with 24-hour worldwide life and personal accident insurance. In addition, the company offers comprehensive medical and dental care at Emirates Clinics.

End of Service Benefits for Emirates Cabin Crew

Upon completing your contract, Emirates awards you a lump sum based on your salary scale, known as the end of service benefit (EOSB).
